An Evening of Mediterranean Delights

Our blog is back up and running! We want to share all the details of an event we hosted last week in Evanston, IL. In order to better serve our Northwestern clients, Amazing Edibles Catering wanted to create an occasion to get together. We found Little Light Bazaar on Chicago Avenue in the heart of Evanston and invited everyone to “An Evening of Mediterranean Delights”.

Using the beautiful showroom and Andrea’s travels as our inspiration, we served guests sparkling ginger lemon drop cocktails and had some delicious appetizers: cashew Brie & chutney tarts, roasted red pepper hummus, bacon wrapped dates, meatballs in a lemon sauce, boats filled with a dried fruit & nut couscous, stuffed grape leaves and dark chocolate dipped apricots.

The setting turned out to be just lovely with the way the lights sparkled, and it gave us the opportunity to spend some relaxed time getting to know our clients a little better and their specific catering needs. It will definitely help us sparkle as we strive to better serve the Northwestern community.
