We cannot say enough great things about Amazing Edibles. From the moment we reached out to them to days after the wedding, we felt in such good hands for our wedding. Sarah Ann and Andrea were wonders to work with. It was clear from the start that they are a seasoned company, and they know their stuff. They were able to guide us in our decision making while being flexible with us up until a few days before the wedding. During Covid, this was very key as our plans changed often. Speaking of Covid, they prioritized safety and, again, we felt in very good hands where that was concerned. The catering staff took such great care of us on the day- they didn't miss a beat. And the food was excellent! What more could you ask for?! As a bonus, they truly made us feel valued with small touches along the way- We'll keep those a surprise for when you hire them.

What’s Bridal Bites?
We will make perfecting your wedding fun, easy, and delicious! In order to see if our partnership is a good fit, we will schedule a complimentary Bridal Bites: Conversations & Cocktails appointment. During this virtual meeting, you will chat about your vision with our owner Andrea Herrera!
30 YEARS IN THE MAKING…
We are a team of chefs, artisans, and detail-oriented planners. For nearly 30 years, we have been refining our Always Expect Amazing wedding planning process.
1. Amazing Wedding Questionnaire
Congratulations on your engagement! At Amazing Edibles, we do our best to make your vision come to life! By filling out our wedding questionnaire, we are able to create a custom quote that is as unique as your wedding day. Submit an inquiry, and we’ll be in touch the very next business day to start the process!
2. Event Specialist & Proposal
Upon receiving your completed questionnaire, we get right to work and have one of our wonderful Wedding Specialists will be in touch. For such personal planning we believe you should know the person that you are working with and we should know you! After our follow up, please expect your wedding proposal within two weeks.
3. Bridal Bites: Conversations & Cocktails
We will make perfecting your wedding fun, easy, and delicious! In order to see if our partnership is a good fit, we would love to schedule a Bridal Bites: Conversations & Cocktails appointment. During this virtual meeting, you will chat about your vision with our owner Andrea Herrera!
4. Wedding Tasting
After meeting at Bridal Bites, it is time to bring your personalized proposal to life at your tasting. This is truly the first taste of your wedding day! Two weeks after the tasting we ask for confirmation of booking with us. We will feature appetizers, entrees, and cake at your tasting, as well as samples of linen and china.
5. Venue Visit
We will happily accompany you on a walkthrough of your wedding venue. This visit is the time to plan exactly where everything will go and where everyone will be!
6. Your Wedding Day!
The big day is here! After planning and tasting, it is finally your time to shine! Our Event Captains and Specialists will be on site to make sure everything goes smoothly and that your event is as special as possible.
